What is Employee Experience (EX)?

Employee Experience (EX) summarizes all phases employees go through during their time in a company. Successful EX-Management allows deep insights into the relationship between the individual employee and the company, starting with the application process (Pre-Hiring) up to the day the employee leaves the company (Exit). It is important to obtain feedback at all milestones: from onboarding to training and development to the employee’s exit. The implementation of a continuous feedback process is therefore indispensable for successful EX management.
